Evan Fowler of Bellevue has been named to the dean’s list at the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences of Johns Hopkins University. He also has been nominated by the Johns Hopkins University chapter to become a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS), an honor society for high achieving first and second year college students who are in the top 20 percent of their class (grade point of 3.4 or higher out of a 4.0 scale).
