The intersection of Kamber and Richards roads was blocked for about 45 minutes this morning, when a silver Honda CRV driving northbound on Richards was struck by a blue station wagon that allegedly failed to yield when making a left turn from Richards to Kamber.
Both vehicles were inoperable, which meant tow trucks needed to remove them from the roadway, said Bellevue Police Ofc. Seth Tyler. The driver of the station wagon was cited for failure to yield. Both drivers sustained minor injuries.
