Family participates in drug-awareness event

Three Bellevue residents, Preston and Cameron Lull along with their mother, Julie Lull, participated in a drug awareness event at Seattle Center on Saturday, June 28 to highlight the need for drug education. Preston and Cameron are part of the Drug-Free Marshals & Mentors group - a youth drug education and prevention program launched by the Church of Scientology in 1993.

Preston and Cameron are part of the Drug-Free Marshals & Mentors group – a youth drug education and prevention program launched by the Church of Scientology in 1993.

The Foundation for a Drug-Free World teamed up with the United Nations for International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking on June 26. The foundation has activated affiliated groups in dozens of cities in recognition of the 1987 resolution with groups conducting marches, essay contests, recognitions for anti-drug activists and officials, as well as holding a variety of youth activities during the last week of June.
