Former museum financial officer sentenced

Ellinger, 54, was the chief financial officer of the museum at the time of the embezzlement. The embezzlement began in 2005 and lasted for about 1 1/2 years.

Sentencing guidelines call for a prison term between 22 and 29 months.

Ellinger, 54, also was ordered to pay $334,949 in restitution.

She will begin serving her sentence Aug. 14.
