Four Bellevue-area students have received Overlake Alumnae Panhellenic Scholarships for 2009.

Alaina Goesling and Kate Leigh, of Bellevue High School; Lauren Vannini, of Newport; and Stephanie Robinson of Sammamish will receive a certificate of merit and a monetary award. These awards will be presented at their respective high school award programs or ceremonies.

For over 50 years, Overlake Alumnae Panhellenic has provided scholarships to deserving high school girls. Funds for these scholarships are raised through the panhellenic’s annual Scholarship Luncheon. The next fund raiser will be Dec. 2 at Overlake Golf & Country Club.
