A free, day-long conference, “Cancer as a Turning Point, From Surviving to Thriving”, is scheduled Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Valley Medical Center Conference Center, 4033 Talbot Rd. S., in Renton.

The conference, presented by the non-profit Healing Journeys, is being sponsored by Seattle Cancer Treatment and Wellness Center, Valley Medical Center Cancer Program and Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton.
