The Goblin Gallop, a 5K run/walk for the whole family, will come to Marymoor Park from 9-11:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 19. The event benefits the Group Health Foundation.

Also on tap is a free kids dash and a toddler trot.

Costumes encouraged for adults, children and pets. Caspar Babypants and trick0or-treating will be offered after the walk.

Cost is $35, which includes a T-shirt. The event is free for kids age 12 and under (with a registered adult). T-shirts are available for kids or non-runners for $10.

Registration and packet pick-up will be from 7:30-9 a.m.
