Heather Johnson, Ph.D., a graduate of Bellevue High School, was named Wildlife Research Biologist with Colorado Division of Wildlife., where she will address the state's management and conservation needs of large mammals.

Heather Johnson, Ph.D., a graduate of Bellevue High School, was named Wildlife Research Biologist with Colorado Division of Wildlife., where she will address the state’s management and conservation needs of large mammals.

Johnson recently completed her doctorate with the University of Montana., where her doctoral dissertation research identified factors affecting the recovery of the endangered Sierra Nevada Bighorn Sheep.
