Kirkland Interfaith Transitions in Housing and Housing at the Crossroads will merge. KITH will be the continuing nonprofit corporation. Both boards approved the merger at August meetings.

During the merger process, HAC will transfer ownership of its three transitional housing properties to KITH: a six-unit property in Bellevue, a four-unit property located in Kirkland, and the Windermere House, a duplex located in Bellevue. At the completion of the merger, KITH will own 32 units of housing, 24 transitional housing apartments and eight permanent (non-time-limited) apartments.
