Indian spiritual leader and humanitarian Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (Amma) will speak in Bellevue May 28, visiting the area for the 24th time.
She will deliver a talk, sing devotional music and personally receive and bless each attendee.
Since the last visit of Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (Amma) to Seattle in May 2009, Amma’s charitable organization, Embracing the World (ETW), has expanded the reach of its projects. This includes a $10.7-million relief package for flood victims, the extension of its scholarship programs to include those affected by HIV/AIDS and an institute aimed at helping mentally challenged children.
Programs will be held at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. More information: www.amma.org, ammaseattle@yahoo.com, ammaseattle@yahoo.com or call 206-322-8337.
