With 40.16% of the registered voters’ ballots counted, incumbent Jared Nieuwenhuis is winning the race for City Council Position No. 4 over the challenger Ruth Lipscomb.

Jared Nieuwenhuis – 55.82% (17,643 votes)

Ruth Lipscomb – 44.01% (13,909 votes)

Election results will be certified on Nov. 23.
