Julia Ellings, a senior at Bellevue High School, received a $1,000 scholarship from the Cascade Chapter NSDAR. The award, presented April 16, is based on a commitment to higher education, academic excellence, accomplishments, honors, and a 500-word essay. Julia will be attending Claremont McKenna College in the fall.
