Julie Marie Perry (Ostrander) | Obituary

Julie Marie Perry (Ostrander) March 4, 2010 after a short but unexpected illness. She was 51.

Born July 14, 1958, in Elmira, NY, to James and Dolores Ostrander, she was raised in Santa Barbara, Calif., and graduated from Dos Pueblos High School in 1976.

Julie worked for the Journal American, Eastside Journal, Montgomery Watson Engineers and most recently the Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District as an engineering assistant.

Mrs. Perry was very involved in the non-profit organization Quota for close to 10 years. Quota helps, autistic children, hearing impaired, homeless and battered women.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Richard Perry of Redmond; daughter, Nicole Perry of Redmond; mother, Dolores Ostrander; sisters, Laurie Adams, Beth Adams and Jamie Gilcrest all of Ventura, Calif.; and a host of extended family members and friends.
