The King County Library System (KCLS) will hold a community meeting in Bellevue to discuss proposed strategic plans and budget allocations for the coming year.

KCLS will be updating the ways it provides service in libraries, online and through greater outreach throughout King County.

The Bellevue meeting will be at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at the Bellevue Regional Library, Room 1, 1111 110th Ave. NE
