Logan Dance of Bellevue, who soon will graduate from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, has been assigned to the Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane where he will serve a transitional year. After that, he will finish out his residency at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, N.Y., specialize in diagnostic radiology.
