The city of Bellevue is assessing any possible water contamination, following a main water line break on Lake Hills Boulevard.
The city has closed the road between 150th and 154th avenues as water flooded the road and placed a detour. At this time, there is no Boil Water Advisory, but city employees are still assessing conditions.
A Boil Water Advisory is when public health recommends boiling water for at least one minute before using it to drink, wash fruits and vegetables, or brush teeth. This usually occurs due to contamination in the water. At this time, no advisory is in place in Bellevue.
This story will be updated if the guidance changes.
