Medina sets day to shred documents, take back drugs

Medina will hold a combination document shredding and Drug Take Back day from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. April 26 at Medina Park, 8000 N.E. 12th St.

 

Medina will hold a combination document shredding and Drug Take Back day from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. April 26 at Medina Park, 8000 N.E. 12th St.

There are no restrictions and no cost and shredding will be done on location by Database Shredding Co.

A Medina police officer will be present to take any unused prescription drugs for the Drug Take Back Program sponsored by the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Also, a volunteer from Bellevue LifeSpring will accept clothing donations will for low-income and homeless children (ages 10-16) attending Bellevue School District schools. Suggested clothing items include hoodies, sweatshirts, T-shirts, leggings/jeans, packaged socks and pajamas.
