An afternoon of cultural music is planned at the Bellevue Arts Museum to celebrate Black History Month.

The free event, from 12:30-2:15 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21 will feature Ocheami – African-themed dance and performance, and Hip Hop Handbook – dazzling techniques and upbeat music.

The event is sponsored by the city of Bellevue Parks & Community Services Cultural Diversity Program and Bellevue Arts Museum.

The museum is located at 510 Bellevue Way N.E.
