Patricia Shinner died Feb. 19, 2009 in Kirkland. She was a longtime resident of Lake Hills during which time she worked at Lake Hills Elementary School and the city of Bellevue Mini-City Hall at Crossroads.

She is survived by her three children, Linda, Tom and John Shinner.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday March 8 at at Emerald Heights Retirement Community, 10901 176th Circle N.E., Redmond.
