Shoeboxes filled with school supplies, toys, necessity items and a note of encouragement will be sent to children overseas as part of the Operation Christmas Child project. The project benefits children suffering due to disaster, disease, war, terrorism, famine or poverty.

The supplies and boxes will be collected from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Nov. 24. Drop-off locations are available at www.samaritanspurse.org.
