Suicide attempt: 10 p.m., 500 block of 157th Avenue Southeast. Victim was taken to Overlake Medical Hospital after attempting to harm herself.

Son leaves home: 10 p.m., 16000 block of Southeast 24th Street. Son left a note for his parents prior to leaving on a trip to find himself. He left without any gear.

Purse stolen: 3 p.m., Bellevue Square, west garage. Someone forcibly stole a woman’s purse from her hand. The total amount of loss was more than $10,000.

Tool theft: 13100 block of Southeast 30th Street. Unknown suspect cut and removed victim’s lock and replaced it with another one at Public Storage. The suspect stole $5,000 in tools from the unit.

Disturbing statement: 6 p.m., 3200 block of 158th Avenue Southeast. Someone made a disturbing statement to a Verizon Wireless customer service representative.

Apartment arson: 10 a.m., 5900 block of 119th Avenue Southeast. A small fire was discovered in the far west side of the Newporter Apartments near a fence.

Computer theft: 9 p.m., 3000 block of Landerholm Circle Southeast. Someone stole $2,000 worth of computers from a Bellevue Community College building.

Home entered: Noon, 3200 block of 103rd Place Northeast. Suspect entered victim’s home and took $2,000 worth of electronics.

Equipment theft: 3 a.m., 800 block of 112th Avenue Northeast. Victim reported that someone stole his $8,000 surveying equipment from a traffic median.

Electronic theft: Overnight, 13600 block of Northeast 12th Street. Suspect entered an apartment unit at The Palasades and stole $1,000 worth of electronics.

False stabbing: 2 p.m., 600 block of 147th Place Northeast. Victim said someone stabbed him and hit him with a chair at Eastside Terrace. He didn’t want his daughter to leave, so he said he was hurt, but police said nothing happened.

Debit card fraud: 8 p.m., 15300 block of Southeast 23rd Street. Suspects obtained victim’s debit card number and charged $1,000 on it.

March 18

Money stolen: 1 p.m., 900 block of Bellevue Way Northeast. Someone stole $1,000 in cash from victim’s safe at the Hyatt.

March 15

DVD theft: 3 p.m., 15600 block of Northeast Eighth Street. Suspect entered Blockbuster Video store and stole more than $2,000 worth of DVDs from locked containers.

March 13

Assault: 3 p.m., 10400 block of Southeast 11th Street. Victim reported that someone assaulted her while in a food line at Pilgrim Lutheran Church.

Someone struck: 13200 block of Southeast 32nd Street. Suspect struck victim after threatening him.

March 1

Suspicious e-mail: 4700 block of 140th Avenue Northeast. Victim received suspicious e-mail.

Checks forged: 4600 block of 151st Court Southeast. Someone stole victim’s checkbook, forged and cashed more than $4,000 in checks.

March 26

Disturbance: Approximately 3:45 p.m., 400 block of Upland Road. A fight broke out between employees of a landscape company after the supervisor asked an employee to leave. At one point, the suspect threw a handheld pruning saw at the victim, hitting him in the head. The suspect was booked into King County Jail on a felony assault charge.
