Assault: 1 p.m., 15000 block Northeast Bel-Red Road. To gain the victim’s attention, the suspect touched the victim’s knee.

Dec. 5

Theft: 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., 10200 block Northeast Fourth Street. An unknown suspect stole a bicycle from the Bellevue Downtown Park.

Dec. 7

Questionable Actions: Noon, 14400 block Northeast Eighth Street. A person brought a bag containing a white substance and told another student that the substance was crack cocaine.

Dec. 9

Theft: 10:30 a.m. to 10:40 a.m., 4400 block 148th Ave Northeast. The victim’s bag containing makeup and jewelry totaling over $1,000 was stolen.

Questionable Actions: 11:10 a.m., 15000 block Northeast Bel-Red Road. A student was found with a lighter at Highland Middle School.

Dec. 10

Theft: 4:13 p.m., 900 block Bellevue Way Northeast. The victim’s jewelry was stolen from a package while it was shipped to another location.

Dec. 12

Assault: 10:41 p.m., 600 block Bellevue Way Northeast. A suspect groped the victim as she was walking by. Her friends then got into an altercation with the suspect and his friends, resulting in a cut over the suspect’s eye.

Dec. 14

Burglary: Midnight to 6:30 a.m., 16100 block Northeast 15th Street. The suspect stole a garage door remote from a car and then used the remote to enter and burglarize a house.

Dec. 15

Theft: 9:14 p.m. to 10:15 p.m., 11200 block Southeast Sixth Street. Items were stolen from a sports club patron’s locker.

Dec. 16

Burglary: Midnight to 7 a.m., 17700 block Southeast 58th Place. A generator was stolen from the victim’s garage.
