Assault: 300 block of 112th Avenue Southeast. The victim’s wife punched him in the nose at a work Christmas Party in 2007. The victim was also slapped in the face later that evening by his wife.

Nov. 16, 2008

Rape: 7 p.m., 15000 block of Southeast 46th Street. The victim stated that the suspect put a gun to her head and then raped her.

Feb. 2

Assault: 1:30 p.m., 14400 block of Northeast Eighth Street. The subject punched another subject with a closed fist at Odle Middle School.

Feb. 19

Theft: Overnight, 3900 block of Lake Washington Boulevard Southeast. Items were taken from a boat at the Seattle Boat Company. The total loss was more than $3,000.

Feb. 20

Back-door burglary: Between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., 16900 block of Southeast 34th Street. A burglary occurred at a residence while the homeowner was away, resulting in losses totaling an estimated $1,000. Forced entry to the home was made at the back door.

Assault and robbery: Between 3:45 p.m. and 5:05 p.m., 900 block of 164th Avenue Northeast. Victims reported being assaulted and robbed by a group while walking through a park.

Burglary: Between 6 p.m. and 9:15 p.m., 5400 block of Village Park Drive Southeast. Unknown suspect(s) entered an apartment and stole electronics and liquor, resulting in total losses valued at over $2,000.

Feb. 21

Stolen laptop: Between 1 p.m. and 9 p.m., 4700 block of 116th Avenue Southeast. Unknown suspect(s) reportedly entered a residence, went straight for the victim’s laptop and then left the area.

Assault: Around 2:30 a.m., 10300 block of Main Street. A suspect assaulted a victim who was reportedly extremely intoxicated. The victim refused to press charges and was transported to Overlake Hospital for detox.

Assault and robbery: 7:19 p.m., 10800 block of Northeast 6th Street. Three juvenile females assaulted a victim and stole an iPod from the victim’s purse.

Feb. 22

Gunfire: 10:34 p.m., 3400 block of 131st Avenue Northeast. Unknown suspects shot three rounds off in the street.

Feb. 23

Domestic Violence: 11:20 p.m., 14200 block of Bel-Red Road. An ex-boyfriend and his girlfriend engaged in a physical fight.

Feb. 24

Rape: 12:26 a.m., 900 block of Bellevue Way Northeast. The female victim reports she was raped by an acquaintance.

Feb. 25

Missing person: 8 p.m., 2600 block of 170th Avenue Southeast. The complainant reported her husband missing.

Burglary: 2 p.m., 1300 block of 142nd Avenue Southeast. Unknown suspects forced open doors to a home and took electronics worth more than $2,000.

Theft: 2 p.m., 3900 block of 124th Avenue Southeast. A group juveniles entered the Nordstrom Rack and left with 12 pairs of jeans unpaid for. The total loss was more than $1,000.

Feb. 26

Robbery: 8:21 p.m., 10100 block of Northeast Eighth Street. After shoplifting from QFC, the suspect tried to punch security.

Feb. 27

Bank Robbery: 2 p.m., 10100 block of Northeast Eighth Street. A man walked into the Bank of America, displayed a robbery note, received cash, and was held by witness until police arrived.

Malicious mischief: 11 p.m., 13800 block of Northeast Eighth Street. The victim parked his vehicle overnight and the tires were slashed and windows were smashed. The total loss was more than $1,000.

Feb. 28

Theft: 11:59 p.m., 400 block of 116th Avenue Northeast. Unknown suspects took the victim’s spare wheels from the building. The total loss was more than $2,000.
