Assault: Midnight, 11000 block of Northeast 8th Street. An adult male reported being touched inappropriately by an associate pastor of his church.

June 1

Physical threat: Unknown time, 15200 block of Northeast 13th Place. The suspect threatened to kill the victim with a large rock then grabbed her around the neck and throat and made it hard for her to breathe.

June 25

Purse theft/assault: Unknown time, 15200 block of Northeast 13th Place. Approximately a month ago, the suspect pulled the victim out of her boyfriends car and took her purse.

July 3

Questionable actions: 10 a.m., 2400 block of 132nd Avenue Southeast. The subject began following a female after she told him she only wanted to remain friends.

July 16

Credit card theft: 4:45 p.m., 2600 block of 118th Avenue Southeast. A victim’s credit card was stolen and charged for more than $1,000.

July 21

Questionable actions: Unknown time, 3000 block of Landerholm Circle SE. A Bellevue College security guard reported that they had learned that one of their international students had confided in a friend that he killed someone in India when he was 15 years old.

July 28

Tire theft: 6 p.m., 10200 block of Northeast 12th Street. Someone stole the rims and tires from a vehicle. The total loss was more than $4,000.

Aug. 1

Keyed vehicle: Overnight, 3300 block of 115th Avenue Northeast. A vehicle was keyed sometime during the night. The total loss was more than $2,000.

Questionable actions: 2:45 p.m., 400 block of 106th Avenue Northeast. The complainant found two handwritten notes stuck to a banks ATM machines instructing users to input PIN number three times. A thin plastic strip was also attached to the ATM above card insert slot.

Burglary: Noon, 14500 block of Northeast 35th Street. Someone entered a residence and stole miscellaneous items worth more than $1,000.

Vehicular assault: 2 a.m., 15600 block of Southeast 42nd Place. A suspect drove a vehicle at a high rate of speed, and crashed off the roadway. The passenger in the vehicle suffered a fractured finger.

Missing person: 2 p.m., 16000 block of Southeast 7th Street. A parent reported her daughter as a juvenile runaway.

Aug. 3

Burglary: 5:30, 1800 block of 151st Avenue Southeast. Someone entered a residence without force and took electronics and documents worth more than $1,000.

Questionable actions: 3 p.m., 6500 block of 113th Place Southeast. The complainant went to the mailbox and found letters opened in a locked mailbox system. Nothing was waken from the open letters.

Aug. 4

Questionable order: Noon, 1100 block of Bellevue Way Northeast. Someone made a large order and requested the credit card be over charged for $900 cash back. The suspect’s address given does not exist.

Robbery: Midnight, 1400 block of 156th Avenue Northeast. The suspect held the victim at knife point in the victim’s vehicle. After a brief struggle, the suspect fled the scene.

Questionable actions: 8 p.m., 600 block of 147th Place of Northeast. An unknown female came to the police department to report her concern for a neighbor. The female left the police department and refused to give any information.

Aug. 5

Bicycle theft: 2:50 p.m., 15200 block of Lake Hills Boulevard. Someone stole a victim’s unlocked bicycle. The total loss was more than $250.

Aug. 6

Exposing: 11 p.m., 12300 block of Northeast 8th Street. The suspect was joking around with the witness when the victim walked by and saw the suspect’s penis was exposed.

Assault: 6:30, 1600 block of Northup Way. Someone shot two people with a BB gun from a moving vehicle.

Malicious mischief: 8 p.m., 4100 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway Southeast. An unknown juvenile damaged a vehicle with a rock. The total loss was more than $3,000.

Business burglary: 1 a.m., 13600 block of Bellevue Redmond Road. Someone entered a locked business without force and took two computer towers.

Suicide: 8 p.m., 5600 block of 125th Avenue Southeast. The deceased was found in his bedroom closet with a belt secured around his neck.

Aug. 7

Burglary: 2 p.m., 10200 block of Northeast 10th Street. A 22 karat gold plaque was stolen from inside a business. The plaque was worth more than $30,000.

Aug. 8

Home burglary: 1 a.m., 12500 block of Northeast 20th Street. Someone entered a home and took jewelry and medication worth more than $24,000.

Missing property: 10 p.m., 10200 block of Northeast 1st Place. The suspect reportedly assaulted the victim during an argument over missing property.
