UPDATE | Puget Sound Energy says power was returned to impacted areas at 10:30 a.m. The outage that affected areas in the northern portion of downtown Bellevue was caused by a small animal.

Puget Sound Energy is reporting a problem at a north Bellevue substation that has knocked out power to some portions of downtown.
According to the Bellevue Fire Department, some traffic lights are out around the area, and reports of people stuck in elevators have surfaced.
Power is expected to be returned to the outage areas within the hour, PSE representatives said.
