A mix of rain and snow expected to fall in Bellevue and Seattle today, but probably won’t accumulate, according to the National Weather Service. It’s the next step in winter weather which saw icy pellets fall in parts of Bellevue on Wednesday afternoon.
Here is what the National Weather Service is predicting for the weekend and Monday holiday:
Friday: A chance of rain before 10 a.m., then a chance of rain and snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 41. Southeast wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch is possible.
Friday Night: A 30 percent chance of snow before 10 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 28. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch is possible.
Saturday: A 30 percent chance of showers after 4 p.m. Mostly sunny, with a high near 42.
Saturday Night: A chance of rain and snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 34.
Sunday: Showers likely. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 41.
Sunday Night: Rain and snow showers likely. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 31.
