The Total Experience Gospel Choir will perform a free benefit concert at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 24 for The Salvation Army Eastside.
Total Experience Gospel Choir has performed all over the world and won numerous awards. The choir has performed with artists like Quincy Jones and Ray Charles.
While the concert is free, any donations will go toward a new eastside Salvation Army building. There is a suggested donation of $10. The Salvation Army is also holding a carnival prior to the concert from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the proceeds of which will go to their youth programs.
The concert will be held at The Salvation Army Eastside Corps, 911 164th Ave. NE.
