Two Interlake High School vocalists have advanced to the Washington state solo and ensemble contests

The Eastshore League, consisting of 13 schools, held their vocal solo and ensemble contest on Saturday, Jan. 24 at Liberty High School. Interlake High School vocalists performed solos and two earned top ranks: Erin Byrne (mezzo soprano) and Benny Kuo (baritone).

Jackie Grambush and Aneesh Patel (small ensemble) were named first alternative; Aneesh Patel (baritone) was named second alternative.

The winners of the Eastshore Solo and Ensemble contests compete in the State Solo contests in Ellensburg, April 24th-25th.
