Two bodies found at Bellevue residence

Two bodies were recently discovered in the same Bellevue residence near Old Main Street, according to reports received by the Bellevue Reporter on Tuesday.

Bellevue Police have confirmed the deaths, but declined to release further details.

Medical examiners had not yet determined the cause of death by Tuesday, March 17, nor had the next of kin been notified.

“We expect it’s going to be natural causes,” said Bellevue Police spokesman Ofc. Greg Grannis.

The Bellevue Police Department will not provide information about the bodies — including where and when they were found — until after medical examiners have determined the cause of death and detectives “work out exactly what happened,” Grannis said.

“If we thought this was a criminal case, it would be different,” Grannis told The Reporter. “We don’t have any signs of foul play.”
