UPDATE: Missing Alzheimer’s patient found

Bellevue Police have located a 74-year-old resident with Alzheimer's disease and dementia, who was reported missing hours after leaving his Eastgate home between 9-10 a.m. this morning, May 7.

Police say Norman L. Lundblad, 74, of Bellevue has been found.

Bellevue Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a 74-year-old resident with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, who was last seen leaving his Eastgate home between 9-10 a.m. this morning, May 7.

Norman W. Lundblad is bald, 230 pounds and five-foot-seven-inches tall. He was reported missing by his nephew around 2 p.m., but a search by Bellevue officers proved unsuccessful. The 74-year-old has a history of wandering off, according to police, and has previously been found several miles from his residence. He does not have a cellphone nor does he have a vehicle.

Should anyone locate Lundblad, police ask they call 9-1-1.
