Following a report by the Bellevue Reporter about an armed robbery in Factoria on Feb. 13, the Bellevue Police Department has released these security camera stills and a description of the suspect.

Fast food may prove a bad decision for a suspect alleged to have robbed a store clerk at gunpoint in Factoria last month, leaving behind a McDonald’s receipt police hope will identify the woman who made off with $71 and cigarettes.

A clerk at the Chevron/Brown Bear station in Factoria reported Feb. 13 a woman entered the store shortly after opening that morning wearing a hooded sweatshirt, facial scarf and jeans. The woman took a merchandise item to the counter and requested three packs of cigarettes. A police affidavit for search warrant states the woman struggled in her sweater pockets before dropping a handgun on the floor, which she used to rob the clerk after recovering it.

But police believe she failed to recover a McDonald’s receipt that fell out with the gun, which includes a partial credit card number. Bellevue Police requested and were granted a judge’s permission on Feb. 27 to search the account information potentially belonging to the robbery suspect.

Bellevue Police report detectives are still investigating the case.

Suspect Description:

Light-skinned adult female in her 20’s based on demeanor and voice, about five foot or less, 100 pounds, possibly green eyes. Mature voice (adult) and spoke without noticeable inflection or accent. She was last seen wearing faded blue jeans, dark-colored hooded jacket, and gray fingerless gloves with green accents, scarf, and dark-colored athletic shoes with light blue or green laces. Weapon used appeared to be a large-framed, semi-auto pistol, dark gray or silver in color.
