Puget Sound Energy is reporting most downtown Bellevue customers have had their power restored after it went out around 9 a.m. Friday due to a “critter” causing damage at its substation.
The outage initially affected 375 customers, including a number of downtown businesses and high-rises, but that number has dropped to 42, according to PSE. Restoration for remaining customers is expected by 10:45 a.m.
