Encompass is an independent, non-profit, children’s and family-services organization, is seeking volunteers to help with its upcoming spring gala.

The event will be April 21 at the Golf Club at Newcastle with all funds going to fund programs for children and families.

Volunteers must be 21 and are needed from 6:30-10:30 p.m. and need to dress semi-formal or business classy.

There are a variety of tasks: live and silent auction, registration, check out, wine runner and more. Volunteers also are needed for morning set up for the event.
