Drivers should plan for possible delays on westbound Interstate 90 in Bellevue late tonight and early tomorrow as crews close the highway at Richards Road.
The first westbound lane will close at 8 p.m., a second lane at 9 p.m., a third lane at 10 p.m. and all lanes will be closed at 10:30 p.m. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m. Friday.
Drivers will be detoured onto southbound I-405 to Coal Creek Parkway, back to northbound I-405 and westbound I-90.
The work is part of a project to seismically retrofit several bridges on I-90 and SR 520 to help them better withstand earthquakes.
