Chuck passed away peacefully on November 13, 2016 at home with family in Bellevue. Born in Dallas on November 11, 1925 to Albert and Charlotte Killgore, he was married for 63 years to his sweetheart, Barbara.

Chuck majored in journalism and English and served in the Navy during World War II. His career included work for several newspapers in Washington. Later he became a systems analyst for AKI, and finished his career at Boeing.

Survivors include wife Barbara, sons Mark (Teresa), Brian; three grandchildren, Shannon (David) Mayo, Jason (Samantha) Killgore, David Killgore; and one great-grandson Iron Joey Mayo.
