ELIZABETH ANNE DAVIS

Early on Monday morning, December 30, 2013, Elizabeth/Betty Anne Davis passed peacefully from this life to the next. She was 85 years old. She was born in Seattle, WA on January 4, 1928, and graduated from Holy Names Academy in Seattle before marrying Roland Ernest Davis in 1947. They called Seattle their home before moving to Everett, in 1958 and then to Bellevue, in 1966.

Through the years she was active in her community. She volunteered at her children’s schools, chaperoned many ski bus trips and was active at Sacred Heart Church until she had to stay home to care for her husband.

She loved to travel, work in her yard, play golf and watch football. She made everything nicer. She was always planning the next birthday or holiday. She will be sorely missed.

She is survived by her children, daughters Linda Lee Rutledge, Dianne Louise Ramsey and sons Mark Roland Davis and Brad William Davis, their spouses, 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

She will be remembered on what would have been her husbands 88th birthday, Thursday, February 20, at 9:00am, in a Double Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church in Bellevue. She will be inurned, along with her husband Roland Ernest Davis, at a private burial ceremony at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent following the mass.
