Le My Nguyen

Le My Nguyen, 68, passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 29, 2015. She was born on October 27, 1947 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and raised in Sai Gon, Viet Nam.

Le was a kind, energetic and compassionate woman. She was passionate about music, theater, and her Buddhist faith.

Le came from a long line of entrepreneurs. She ran various businesses including retail, printing, real estate and staffing. Le possessed exceptional business instincts and conducted her businesses with integrity, innovation, and excellence. She truly enjoyed mentoring up-and-coming business owners, empowering them to become successful ones.

Personally, Le was always ready to lend a helping hand to others who were in need. She was known for taking in friends and relatives into her home and helped them through the worst time of their lives. Those were fortunate enough to cross her path described Le as a beautiful woman inside and out.

Le is survived by her daughter Victoria Petra, beloved granddaughter Isabella and a loving extended family.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to Viet Nam Scholarship Foundation, P.O. Box 16016, Seattle, Washington 98116. A private memorial was held on Sunday, December 6, 2015 in Seattle, Washington. Her beautiful smile, outgoing personality and generous heart will be missed.
