Mildred F. Grella

Mildred was born August 27, 1919 in Steelton, Pennsylvania to Lawrence and Florence Nessel and she passed away on Good Friday, April 22, 2011 in Bellevue, Washington with her family and friends by her side. Mildred was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt. She enjoyed spending time with her family, attending church services, walking daily at the mall, and garage sale-ing. She is survived by her sons: Robert A (Sharye) Grella of Bellevue and Lawrence R. Grella of Bellevue; sisters: Lillian Palmer and Arlene (Robert) Hill both of Pennsylvania; grandchildren: Scott (Shannon) Grella of Renton, Matt (Carol) Grella of Newcastle, Brett (Lisa) Grella of Deer Park, Sarah (Adrian) Mintz of Sedro Woolley and Karen (David) Landon of Mill Creek; great-grandchildren: Griffin, Hannah, Alyssa, Kaleb, Zoe, Elizabeth and Elsa. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Walter A. Grella; infant daughter: Mildred Marie; brother: Lawrence. Viewing will be held Saturday, April 30, 2011 9:00 am until the Funeral Mass, 10:00 am at St. Louise Catholic Church in Bellevue, followed by Committal Prayers at Sunset Hills Mausoleum.
