Milton Francis Sessions

Milt Sessions, 88 years old, passed away on August 27, 2012 after spending a beautiful day surrounded by his loving family.A Celebration of his life will be held on Friday, August 31 at 1:00 p.m. at The Neighborhood Church, 625 140th Ave. N.E., Bellevue, WA 98005.Milt was born in Kirkland, WA, and graduated from Lake Washington High School in 1942. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII, and then served in the Naval Reserves as a Commander on a Polaris submarine. Milt graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in business and worked for Bethlehem Steel and Bloch Steel in purchasing for many years. After his career in the steel industry he went into business for himself as a wholesale broker of surplus goods.Milt’s first loves were his faith and his family. He was a member of Neighborhood Church in Bellevue for over 35 years and served in a variety of roles. Milt is now free of all his earthly limitations and is celebrat ing with his Lord. Milt is preceded in death by his oldest son, Scott Sessions and is survived by Coralie Sessions, his wife of 61 years, three sons, Mark, Todd, and Dean Sessions, and his daughter Julie Wolfe. He was blessed with the following 18 grandchildren; Jodelle, Cara, Luke, Nicole, Gavin, Garrett, Natalie, Grady, Gregor, Nina, Amanda, Mitchel, Brian, Lauren, Michael, Kyle, Nick, and Hana, and 3 great-grandchildren; Rylie, Reed, and Cohen.In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.orgRemembrances may be shared at www.sunsethillsfuneralhome.com
