Willie Mae Heath

Willie Mae Heath, age 105, passed away November 4, 2014, Bayview Retirement Community, Seattle. Born June 5, 1909, Coffeyville, KS, to William W. Ellis and Rosa Mae (Drake) Ellis. Married John R.Heath in 1929. They lived in Coffeyville 35 years, then moved to Wichita, KS in 1964. After his death, in 1990 she made her home in Bellevue, WA, at The Garden Club. Member of the United Methodist Church and the P.E.O. Sisterhood.

Survived by daughter, Rosa Lea Taylor (James T.), Seattle WA; three grandchildren: Amy Bone (Joe), Virginia Beach,VA; John Eric Taylor (Carol), Juneau, AK; Lacey Leigh (Karl)), Issaquah, WA; seven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, two sisters.

Memorial service December 6, 2pm, at First United Methodist Church of Bellevue. Memorial donations: the above church; Bayview Foundation, 11 W. Aloha St. Seattle; Providence Hospice of Seattle; or People’s Memorial.
