Man-made climate change a myth | Letter

I disagree with recent letter writer Aaron Tam about fossil fuels or man causing climate change. Government scientist, NASA and many other weather professionals say that man-made climate change is a lie.

Fact: One erupting volcano spews a carbon footprint greater than all of mankind since Adam and Eve to present day. Last count there are 38 volcanoes erupting now. Glacier ice loss is nothing new, pictures of glaciers taken in the early 1900s show a reduction more severe than present day.

What’s driving this myth is government wanting your money. Obama’s solar company friends that he gave millions of your tax dollars to went bankrupt. It’s all in the record, look it up. Scammers say oil spills in our oceans will cause destruction worldwide.

May I remind you about all the oil spilled in the ocean during all of WWII. I remember in the 70s that Newsweek had on its cover a picture of New York City covered in ice. The mini ice age was coming, shouted the naysayers. Again more lies.

The earth has cycles that have gone on for years. Do I dare mention God is the author of the universe? I wonder if we could raise enough money to stop the tide from going in and out.
