I was stunned to discover that a Factoria Mall favorite Old Country Buffet ceased its’ operations serving up delicious food on the Eastside.

The reasonable buffet prices, enticing selection of edibles and cozy hometown atmosphere allowed many foodies to create unforgettable memories in an inclusive environment, while eating a delicious meal.

I am still in understandable shock over the decision to close this popular Old Country Buffet location. From my viewpoint as a loyal customer, it wasn’t necessary to shut its doors forever.

I personally feel Old Country Buffet and its owners made a big mistake, specifically an unwarranted business decision.

You wonder if there was any compassionate consideration in regards to the financial impact it would have on the diligent employees who were a crucial part in keeping the restaurant a functional operation.

My curiosity wants to know what will occupy this vacant space next?
