The Bellevue East Twins picked up the Bellevue-Mercer Island coast league city baseball championship over the weekend, beating the Bellevue West Brewers 7-4 in the championship game.

The tournament included 21 teams from Bellevue East, Bellevue West, Thunderbird and Mercer Island little leagues.

The team was coached by Ed Teders and Terry Taylor.
