Downtown Bellevue’s “CrossFit Amped” is hosting the first annual Gorilla Games Saturday December 10, 2011 at its Bellevue facility, 1001 106th Ave N.E. Below is a press release on the event.
The games will feature a head to head competition of 128 professional strength athletes and Crossfit enthusiasts. Straight from the depth of power come champions and amateurs alike to test their power at the Gorilla Games to win the coveted title. Competitors will battle in multiple strength and skill tests that push the limits of human ability beyond most people imagination.
Crossfit is a fitness lifestyle that is realizing unprecedented explosion. With all participating members touting it as the most efficient and result oriented fitness training program out there, Crossfit is not a craze but “the new way of doing the gym”. With a combined program of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, track and field, CrossFit Amped uses 50 plus different exercises that are assembled in a daily challenging full-body work out that pushes and gives members the results they truly want.
