Boys golf

Kevin Zhao will be the lone Newport golfer in the 4A boys field at 10:12 a.m. at Hangman Valley Golf Course in Spokane.

District champion Radleigh Ang will be in the third group of the day at 7:51 a.m. for Bellevue in the 3A tournament. Teammate Sam Johnson will follow at 9:11 a.m.

The 3A boys tournament is at Indian Canyon Golf Course in Spokane.

The defending team champion Interlake Saints will have Andrew Kennedy on the tee in the 9:48 a.m. group, Grant Cole in the 9:57 a.m. group and Patrick Sato beginning at 10:06 a.m.

Sam Fisher will tee off at 11:45 a.m. and Andy Lui will round out the Interlake squad at 12:12 p.m.

The 2A tournament is at The Classic Golf Club in Spanaway.

Spencer Findlay of Bellevue Christian will tee off at 7:48 a.m. and teammate Bo Foster will begin at 9:45 a.m. for the Vikings.

The 1A tournament is at The Home Course in Dupont.

Girls golf

Marianne Li will lead the district champion Newport Knights at 7:39 a.m. in her first 4A state tournament.

Newport’s Jessica Kent will tee off at 9:27 a.m., followed by Isabel Chien at 9:36 a.m., Hannah Christian at 10:03 a.m. and Maddie Dietz and 10:12 a.m.

The 4A girls tournament is at MeadowWood Golf Course in Spokane.

Andy Hood will tee off at 8:42 a.m. for Sammamish in the 3A girls tournament.

Hannah Davenport of Bellevue is in the 9:06 a.m. group and teammate Arden Phillips will follow at 9:30 a.m.

The 3A girls tournament is at Esmerelda Golf Course in Spokane.

Interlake’s Aleana Groenhout begins the day at 7:48 a.m. while Katie Lee will start at 8:51 a.m. for the Saints. Danielle Nieman will tee off at 9:36 a.m. at Lake Spanaway Golf Course.

Bellevue Christian has a pair of golfers in the 1A girls field with Carolyn Langdon starting at 12:18 a.m. and Olivia Waham in the following group at The Home Course in Dupont.
