The Saints won the individual and team titles at the race on Mercer Island.

Saints run away with Salt Creek Invitational

Interlake, ranked in the top-10 in the state on the girls side, picked up a sweet at the Salt Creek Invitational at Luther Burbank Park on Mercer Island as the boys and girls won individual and team championships.

Sophomore Luke Beauchamp was first on the boys side, with junior Alex Doran in third and Kyle Van Draanenin fourth. Senior Joseph Pooley was seventh and Will Oden rounded out the field for the Saints in 17th, good enough to finish well in front of second place finisher Bainbridge.

Senior Nikita Waghani was first for the girls, followed closely by fellow senior Annie Davis in third to lead their team to the win.

Volleyball

Bellevue 3 Juanita 0

The Wolverines swept away Juanita behind a team high 13 digs from Julia Pettere and nine kills, nine aces, five digs and a block from Elise Berberoglu.

Natalie Phee had 13 assists and three digs in the win for Bellevue.

Girls soccer

Bellevue 7 Juanita 2

Lillie French scored four goals, two in the first 15 minutes, as Bellevue rolled to the win over the Rebels.

Isabelle Butterfield scored one goal and had a pair of assists, while Rachel Waddell and Clarice Bruch also netted scores for the Wolverines in the win.
