Interlake sweeps Juanita

Marie McHenry had 12 assists and Courtney Johnson added 12 digs in Interlake’s 3-0 (25-11, 25-13, 25-21) victory against the Juanita Bulldogs on Sept. 21. Interlake improved their overall record to 4-1 with the win. Nicole Kramer had nine aces, six kills and two blocks in the win as well.

Cougars defeat Knights

The Bothell Cougars picked up its first win of the 2015 season courtesy of a 34-10 victory against the Newport Knights on Sept. 19 in Bothell. Newport (1-2) will host the Inglemoor Vikings at 7 p.m. on Sept. 25  at Newport High School in Factoria.

Vikings nearly complete comeback against LaConner

The LaConner Braves defeated the Bellevue Christian Vikings 27-22 on Sept. 19 in Bellevue. The Vikings scored all 22 of their points in the fourth quarter but couldn’t get the final touchdown they needed to clinch a victory. Bellevue Christian (1-2) will host Chelan at 5 p.m. on Sept. 26 at Bellevue Christian High School.
