The Bottom Line: Webb wants to turn the culture around at Sammamish, to get back to the days where the Totems were feared on the field. He’ll have to do it without four-year starter Patrick Rooney and a host of new faces. An experienced offensive line should help ease the pain of breaking in a new quarterback, and the Totems have a bevy of capable runners in the backfield.

Sammamish will also benefit highly from the departures of Issaquah, Skyline and Newport to KingCo 4A. The trio of teams defeated the Totems 155-34 last season.
