Eboney Jackson paced the Saints with 14 points and Cassidy McDermott chipped-in 13 more as Interlake pulled away in the third quarter.
Kristen Brackmann was the high scorer for the Islanders with 12 while Ari Moscatel and Savanna Reid each added eight.
The Saints outscored M-I 17-5 in the third period and held off a late charge from the homesteading Islanders in the final frame to get the win.
Sammamish 18 Juanita 65
The league leaders wasted little time against the Totems, racing to a 26-4 lead at the end of the first quarter and picking up a 65-18 win.
Kate Cryderman finished with a game-high 15 for the Rebels. Bre Carter added 11 and Molly Grager had 10 more in the win.
No Sammamish player was in double figures and Helen Yang led the way with five points.
Mount Si 47 Bellevue 44
The Wildcats built a seven point advantage at the end of the first quarter and withstood a late Bellevue charge to leave Wolverine Way with a 47-44 win.
Carly Best paced Bellevue with 11 while Shelby Peerboom was the high scorer for Mount Si with 14.
Katy Lindor and Molly Sellers both added 11 for the Wildcats in the win.
Seattle Academy 59 Forest Ridge 37
Campbell Reynolds scored a game-high 22 points and Liat Perlin added 17 more to power Seattle Academy to the 22 point win.
Lindsay Stone led the way with 15 and was the only scorer in double figures for Forest Ridge.
