Newport sophomore Blaine Lints has won another competition, capturing his age division title in the Mountains to Sound Relay on Sunday.

Lints decided to take on the relay as a one-man team, meaning he mountain biked 23 miles, road biked 46 miles, kayaked 12 miles and ran 19 miles in the event. His team was slightly over eight hours and 16 minutes.

Fellow Newport sophomore Kang Fu ran the 19 mile portion alongside Lints, carrying his water and food.
